Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER IT HELPDESK
Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk or technical support
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, network, and operating systems
- Hands-on-experience with helpdesk software and ticketing tools (e.g. IOS, ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA Service Desk)
- Ability to coordinate daily helpdesk operations
