Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Textile Design (Print Major)
Proven experience in print design within the home textile industry

Key Responsibilities:

Design Development: Create original and innovative textile prints for home linen and bags categories, ensuring aesthetic appeal and market relevance.
Material Selection: Research and select suitable fabrics considering texture, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Trend Analysis: Study global design and color trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to develop market-leading designs.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed technical sketches, bed maps, and tech packs for production, including color codes and specifications.

Skills Required:

Strong creativity, market insight, and innovation mindset
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication and email writing skills
Knowledge of fabric behavior and print techniques
Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Material Research: Select appropriate yarns, fibers, and fabrics aligning with design and performance requirements; emphasize sustainable materials.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated on global weaving design trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products to develop trend-aligned collections.
Technical Documentation: Prepare weaving drafts, bed maps, and detailed tech packs including yarn types, colors, weaving structures, and production specs.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of weaving structures, yarn behavior, and fabric construction
