Sapphire Diamond Fabrics Limited is seeking an experienced and result-driven professional to join our team as Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Industrial Services, based at our Feroze Watwan facility near Sheikhupura.
Experience: 10–15 years
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Core Expertise (Hands-On O&M)
Candidates must have strong technical and operational experience in:
• Centrifugal and screw air compressors
• Waste water treatment plants
• Solid fuel boilers: chain grate, step grate, and fluidized bed types
• Fire tube boilers
• Thermal oil boilers and systems
• Chilled water chillers
• Water network management systems
• Reverse osmosis (RO)
• Soft water systems
• Hot water systems
• Waste Heat Recovery (WHR) boilers
🌟 Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary industrial services team
• Ensure high reliability, efficiency, and uptime of all utility systems
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Implement energy conservation, sustainability, and cost optimization initiatives
• Maintain strong safety, compliance, and operational discipline
