🚨 HIRING: Manager – Inventory & Stores
Location: Plant, Sheikhupura Road, Lahore
Mughal Steel is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager – Inventory & Stores to lead and optimize our plant inventory management and stores operations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all inventory & stores operations including receipts, issuance, stock control, and reconciliation.
Ensure high levels of inventory accuracy through system-based controls, audits, and cycle counts.
Develop and implement inventory management policies – safety stock, reorder points, and material classification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Maintenance) to ensure smooth material availability.
Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and performance KPIs.
Ensure compliance with HSE, audit, and corporate standards.
🔹 Requirements
10–12 years of relevant experience in Inventory / Stores / Materials Management, preferably in the Chemicals or Cement Industry.
Professional certifications such as APICS, CPIM, CSCP (or equivalent) are mandatory.
Strong working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Inventory/Warehouse Modules).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Solid understanding of MRP, spare parts management, and stock reconciliation.
