International Packaging Films Limited is looking for an experienced and proactive 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 – 𝗛𝗥 to join its Head Office in Karachi.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage core HR operations such as employee records, confirmations, documentation, leaves, and payroll coordination.
- Oversee administrative functions including office support, facility management, and general employee services.
- Support in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and compliance practices.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and organizational structure.
- Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR and admin functions aligned with company standards.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Qualification: MBA in Human Resources
- Experience: 6–7 years in HR (recruitment, operations, and admin)
- Skills: Proficient in MS Office and ERPs.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
