Nagaria Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join our team as Senior Executive Product Development / Assistant Manager (Terry & Fabric). The ideal candidate will lead innovation in textile product development, from design concept to bulk production, ensuring top quality and market competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of new textile products, including terry towels and fabrics, from concept to production.
- Design fiber blends, digital prints, and jacquard/dobby/caddying layouts aligned with loom specifications and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analyze local and international textile trends, especially in the terry sector.
- Ensure all products meet customer specifications, focusing on fabric quality, colors, patterns, and finishes.
- Oversee the entire product development cycle, ensuring timely design finalization and bulk production.
- Collaborate closely with design, sampling, and production teams for smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Maintain organized design and client records to support effective planning and innovation.
- Perform competitive analysis to stay ahead of market and industry trends.
- Conduct client meetings and follow-ups for design approvals, feedback, and presentations.
- Manage end-to-end towel product development, including research, photoshoots, and client pitching.
- Use CAD software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other design tools for visualization and presentation.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s in Textile Design, Textile Engineering, or Fashion Design
- 4-6 years of experience in textile product development.
