🔧 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
🔹Lead and manage all types of 𝗺𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 & 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 as per OEM guidelines.
🔹Oversee and ensure smooth operation of 𝗨𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 (HVAC, Air Compressors, Thermal & Water Systems).
🔹Ensure 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹 of critical spares.
🔹Approve and streamline 𝗽𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to avoid delays.
🔹Develop and enforce 𝗦𝗢𝗣𝘀 for smooth departmental operations.
🔹Implement 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 & 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 to minimize downtime.
🔹Liaise with vendors for outsourced services and ensure machine & utility availability.
🔹Guide, mentor, and manage your team to deliver 𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲.
🔹Provide 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝗽𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 for long-term efficiency.

🔹𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: BE (Mechanical).
🔹𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 7–10 years (including 3+ years in a managerial role).
🔹𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻: Mechanical maintenance & utilities operations.
