Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in HVAC/RAC operations, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role
Strong background in utilities, plant operations, and maintenance within an FMCG or manufacturing environment
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operations and maintenance (O&M) of all HVAC/RAC systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Monitor key operational KPIs (downtime, energy efficiency, and maintenance costs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with all EHS standards, preventive maintenance plans, and sustainability goals
Manage HVAC/RAC-related projects including upgrades, capacity expansions, and new installations
Develop and monitor OPEX and CAPEX budgets; identify cost optimization opportunities
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and energy management activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and utilities performance targets
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of HVAC/RAC technologies and energy management
Proficient in preventive and predictive maintenance
Analytical mindset with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
Effective team leadership, coordination, and communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant maintenance systems
