Responsibilities include:
- Lead and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets for the Toyota Sure business.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our 3S Dealership network, guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality customer experience.
- Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities and maintain our competitive edge .
- Train, mentor, and develop dealership staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Oversee dealer and regional marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns to increase footfall and drive sales
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
