Job Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor – Punjab, Pakistan
We’re hiring a Quantity Surveyor (Civil) for the Facility and Construction Project.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage BOQs for civil, mechanical, and piping works.
Conduct on-site measurements and valuations.
Ensure cost control and compliance with contracts.
Review subcontractor claims and prepare payment certificates.
Requirements:
DAE (Civil) / B.Tech (Civil)
5+ years’ experience in oil & gas/industrial projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction software.
Knowledge of FEDC contracts.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in foundation work and civil surveying for industrial projects.
Understanding of safety and quality standards in oil & gas construction.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
