Qualification: ACCA Qualified
Skills: Interpersonal & Communication skills , Strong Financial Acumen, Data Analytics & Practical understanding of Internal Controls
Job Role: The candidate will be responsible to Head Financial Operations of the Company. This include supervising respective team leaders responsible for payments related to policyholders’ benefits, management of Accounts Payable, Business Collections, Banking Operations & Reconciliations, Funds’ Administration with Investment Manager & related MIS reporting and User Acceptance Testing for system changes. The candidate will also be responsible to ensure Tax Operational Compliance, consolidating & presenting annual budget of the Company, periodic variance analysis with respect to approved budget, periodic review of internal controls and implementation of agreed audit recommendations.
