Zaman Textile Mills Pvt Limited is looking for a seasoned Exports Manager to join our Head Office team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the Marketing and Production departments for export shipment planning.
Prepare and manage all pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
Handle financial instruments, ESI filing, and BL confirmations with forwarders.
Liaise with clearing agents and banks for smooth export operations.
Prepare monthly shipment and EFS reports for management review.
Ensure timely follow-ups on export payments and document dispatches.
Requirements:
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors.
Experience: 05–10 years in export documentation & shipping operations.
Skills: ERP systems, MS Office, and online export portals.
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
