Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including agreements and other legal instruments with customers, service providers, suppliers, and employees.
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide legal advice and support on corporate, regulatory, and corporate secretarial matters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including banking laws, labor laws, and governance standards.
- Prepare and maintain corporate records such as minutes, resolutions, and other governance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal guidance aligned with organizational goals.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Law or related discipline (LLB or higher).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in legal, regulatory, or corporate governance roles, preferably within the banking or financial sector.
