We are Hiring! Compliance Officer/Senior Officer
Qualification: Food Technologist / Food Engineer / Applied Chemist (Lead Auditor Course is a plus)
Experience: 2-3 year

Responsible for developing, maintaining, implementing and checking of ISO, Halal structure.
Ensure all documentation process of the whole division within the company on periodic basis as per QMS, Halal Standards & Food Safety system, in company scope.
Ensure every document is properly labeled so that necessary amendments can be done according to incorporated management system under the supervision of immediate Supervisor.
Prepare & Plan the Internal Audits of QMS ISO 9001 & Halal Food Management system PS 3733 as per feasibility of internal auditors at applicable company scope on defined frequency.
Responsible to make audit reports regarding work/product quality/standard in consultation with internal auditors and shared to concern auditees and their followup till closures.
Communicate and document technical compliance advice and guidance through use of Central Compliance approved communication and protocols.
Responsible to make audit reports regarding work/product quality/standard in consultation with internal auditors and shared to concern auditees and their followup till closures.
Proactively inform business line management of applicable legal regulatory initiatives.
Prepare & Plan the Internal Audits of QMS ISO 9001 & Halal Food Management system PS 3733 as per feasibility of internal auditors at applicable company scope on defined frequency.
Assist Reporting Manager in participation, facilitation and execution of 3rd party External; Quality Management System and Halal Food Management system audits.
