As a Retail Fuel Sales MT, you will gain exposure to all aspects of retail business operations – from site management and sales performance to network development, customer experience, and compliance.
Education: Master’s
Experience: Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Skills Required: Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Ability to work under pressure.

WE ARE HIRING Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an Accounts Officer to be appointed at Machike.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Daily Posting of receipts and OT (Order Transfer) documents in the system.
- Generating Invoices as per approved Sales Orders.
- Conduct the Joint Dip process (Opening and closing) with the operations staff.
- Acknowledgment of loss/gain log book prepared by operational staff.
- Reconciliation of the stock ledger in the system.
- Maintaining a record of all Loan Borrowing and its return (Duly acknowledged by Ops).
- Closing of all outstanding ST (Stock Transfer) / OT (Order Transfer) on a fortnightly basis.
- Reconciliation of physical stock v/s system stock.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department to update any Routing in the system.
- Maintaining proper record-keeping of all invoice & Receipt related works.
- Coordinating with the Head Office for any JDE issues.
- Any other work assigned by the Head Office.
Education: B. Com / BS Finance Experience: 5-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate must have a good command of MS Excel and ERP Systems.
