- Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned actions.
- Manage daily correspondence, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Maintain and track task lists, deadlines, and project progress to ensure timely completion of operational priorities.
