POSITIONS: OPERATIONS AND ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONALS

EFU General Insurance Ltd., Pakistan’s leading insurance company, is inviting applications from skilled and motivated professionals for mid-level Positions to join our Multan office. We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Underwriting & Claims Professionals

Evaluating and assessing risks, determining coverage, and setting premium rates.
Managing and processing claims efficiently and fairly, ensuring compliance with insurance principles and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; ACII (Associate Chartered Insurance Institute) or progress towards ACII is highly preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience in underwriting and/or claims within the insurance industry.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with internal and external stakeholders.

2. Finance & Accounts Professionals

Managing financial operations, reconciliations, claims and commission disbursements.
Monitoring client outstanding premiums, and agent balances.
Overseeing bank reconciliations, journal vouchers, and disbursement statements.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and internal audit recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduation with a professional qualification (CA/ICMA Intermediate preferred).
3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the insurance sector.
Expertise in reconciliations, financial controls, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in Oracle Financials and MS Excel, with strong managerial and team collaboration skills.
