𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Will be responsible for overall store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
o Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets through effective training and mentoring.
o Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
o Maximize store profitability by driving sales performance and controlling operational costs.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o 6 – 8 years of experience in a well – known Retail Brand.
o Education: Minimum Graduation.
o People, operations management, & customer management skills are must.
o Strong fluency with excel formulas & functions.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal & leadership skills.
