The Assistant Manager will assist in designing and implementing consumer lending policies, focusing on unsecured products. The Assistant Manager will also participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and contribute to market research to keep policies competitive. Qualification & Experience:

1-2 years of experience in consumer lending, credit risk, or policy management

The Policy Manager will lead the design and implementation of lending policies for both secured and unsecured products, working closely with business and product teams to ensure quality acquisitions and maintain portfolio health. This role includes managing portfolio analytics to support policy decisions, ensuring audit compliance, reviewing and renewing product programs, and developing risk control frameworks. The Manager will oversee portfolio risk analysis, guide junior staff, drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and automation efforts, and monitor portfolio performance to take timely risk mitigation actions.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
4-5 years of relevant experience in policy management, consumer lending, or credit risk in banking or financial services
