WE’RE HIRING! FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller in management accounting who is responsible for overseeing financial operations, providing strategic financial insights, and ensuring effective financial management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

Developing and implementing financial strategies, policies, and procedures
Preparing and analysing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
Conducting financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement

FINANCIAL REPORTING AND COMPLIANCE

Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, NAV (Net Asset Value) calculations, and other reports for funds
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards
Preparing and publishing timely financial statements
Coordinating and directing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

INTERNAL CONTROLS AND RISK

Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets
Identifying and mitigating financial risks
Ensuring compliance with laws, accounting standards, and filing requirements

REQUIREMENTS

Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA (Qualified/ Finalist) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience with financial institutions
Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, Excel, and financial reporting tools
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

POSITIONS BASED IN Karachi
