𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐥 𝐋𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞)
This position will be based at Head Office (Karachi).
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the custodian of all departmental SOPs, ensuring timely updates and cross-functional alignment across key departments.
Conduct periodic compliance reviews, flag process deviations, and support both internal and external audits.
Coordinate with teams to revise or develop SOPs in line with operational and regulatory changes.
Promote a culture of accountability by driving compliance discipline across functions.
Highlight working capital inefficiencies by assessing compliance as per best industry practices.
Oversee inventory controls and flag inefficiencies in stock handling, recording, transfers, and provisioning.
Conduct costing and margin analysis to support pricing and profitability decisions, highlighting variances or inefficiencies impacting financial performance.
Ensure compliance with Sales Tax, Income Tax, EOBI, BESSI, and coordinate regulatory filings.
Highlight non-compliance issues to the Finance Head with actionable recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field / ACCA / ICMA
2 to 3 years’ experience
Proficient in MS Office and SAP software
