CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Essential Requirements:
- Minium bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- 1-3 years of experience in the similar capacity (preferably in retail/textile industry)
- Good knowledge of customer relationship management
Job Scope: Customer Service Representative is responsible for but not limited to
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve product or service issues
- Reduce customer complaints
- Process orders, returns, and account changes
- Record and track customer interactions
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues
