We’re Hiring: Group Supply Chain Officer – Master Group of Industries

Master Group of Industries, a trusted name with a legacy of excellence, is looking for a passionate and result-driven professional to join us as Group Supply Chain Officer. This is a strategic leadership role based at our Head Office(Lahore), overseeing and driving supply chain operations across the group companies.

Key Responsibilities:

=>Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across the group (procurement, warehousing, logistics, inventory, and distribution).
=>Develop and implement group-wide supply chain strategies to ensure cost efficiency, agility, and operational excellence.
=>Build synergies across business units by standardizing processes and introducing best practices.
=>Partner with business leaders to optimize supplier/vendor relationships and ensure business continuity.
=>Drive digital transformation in supply chain through automation, analytics, and technology-based solutions.
=>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
=>Monitor KPIs for supply chain effectiveness and present performance dashboards to senior management.

Candidate Profile:

=>Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
=>Professional certifications (CSCP, CPIM, CIPS, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
=>Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/group-level role.
=>Proven expertise in vendor management, procurement, demand planning, and logistics.
=>Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to drive large-scale supply chain transformation.
