We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Utilities to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation and Maintenance of HVAC equipment, Chillers, AHU’s DX Units Cooling Tunnels.
- Oversee daily O&M of all Utilities including HVAC, Boiler, Air Compressors, Cooling towers, pumps.
- Prepare plan and Implement PPM for department equipment.
- Maintain documentation related to daily processes and for audits.
- Identify opportunities for improving equipment reliability, efficiency and safety.
- Trouble shoot technical issues and collaborate with team members.
- Follow up with suppliers, PO’s and quotes.
- Prepare preventive maintenance schedule and develop systems.
