We’re Hiring – Senior Executive HR (Talent Acquisition-Female)
Location: Lahore
We are looking for a Senior Executive HR – Talent Acquisition to support our growing team with top-tier recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer processing.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and dashboards.
• Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
• Draft and update Job Descriptions (JDs) as per business needs.
• Support in maintaining updated organograms.
• Coordinate smooth onboarding with HR Operations.
• Track hiring KPIs and provide accurate reporting data.
• Assist in employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor law requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification like SHRM, CIPD, CHRP preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in recruitment, with exposure to both mass and specialized hiring.
