Internship Opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, develop critical skills, and contribute to the operational efficiency of our finance department.

Responsibilities:

Basic Accounting Processing: Assist with routine accounting tasks, including daily bill sorting, voucher entry, and account reconciliation.
Document Review and Organization: Review reimbursement documents from various departments for compliance, and organize and archive accounting vouchers, contracts, bank receipts, and other financial records.
Data Entry and Processing: Utilize financial software or Excel to accurately and efficiently perform data entry, statistical analysis, and preliminary financial analysis.
Tax Filing Assistance: Under supervision, assist in the calculation and preparation of VAT and other tax declarations.
Banking and Cash Operations: Support activities such as bank account opening, fund transfers, reconciliations, and participate in cash inventories.
Reporting and Documentation Support: Assist in preparing basic financial statistical reports, management reports, and draft financial statements.
Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to collect, verify, and reconcile relevant financial data and information.
Other Assigned Duties: Undertake ad hoc projects and provide general support for departmental operations as assigned by supervisors.
Audit Coordination: Work with local finance teams to support the 2025 financial statement audit.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or any related field; Additional Certifications are a plus.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are preferred, ideally in the natural resources or renewable energy sector.
Strong Analytical and Problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software (preferred).
Effective Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Highly Organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to Work Independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English and Chinese language will be an advantage.
