JOB ROLE

• Drive business growth by achieving primary & secondary sales, revenue recovery, and expanding potential territories.
• Plan, forecast, and evaluate regional performance; identify growth areas, address weak territories, and optimize resources & budgets.
• Lead and develop the regional sales team, ensuring effective PJP design, strong monitoring, and continuous capability building.
• Strengthen distributor and DSR networks through recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and execution of growth programs.
• Execute Sales cycle plans, marketing initiatives, and distribution development in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure operational efficiency via sales force automation, process innovation, cost control, and compliance with policies & values.
• Foster smooth communication across departments while developing, training, and uplifting team talent.
