𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage all store-level administrative tasks.
- Oversee branch operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse.
- Ensure visual merchandising is in line with brand guidelines.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. - Ensure proper cash handling, financial controls, and audit compliance.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism at the branch.
- Ensure the store façade and overall presentation remain clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- 3–5 years of proven experience in retail store management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively.
