Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead HR strategy, culture, and transformation initiatives
✅ Oversee recruitment, payroll, performance management & appraisals
✅ Manage employee relations & engagement across Retail & Production
✅ Supervise HR & Admin teams, facilities, and company assets
Requirements:
🎓 Master’s/Bachelor’s in HR/Business Administration
💼 8–10 years of progressive HR leadership (Retail/Manufacturing preferred)
💡 Strong expertise in payroll, performance management & team leadership
