Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
Experience required: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals, preferably Tile Bond or related products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Tile Bond products.
- Identify and target potential clients including construction companies, contractors, dealers, and applicators.
- Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Conduct product training sessions for dealers, applicators, and sales staff.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions and campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
