REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelors, Masters in CS/BI/Data Science/Business Management
Experience: 04-06 years in data driven products preferably in Banking/Cards and Payments domain

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into BI solutions
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and validation
- Collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to maintain data pipelines
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare and execute existing industry related reports
- Create data driven insights and action in support of business growth
- Monitor BI performance and resolve data accuracy or access issues proactively
- Develop and maintain data models and semantic layers to support scalable reporting solutions
- Strong understanding of Data Analytics, Machine Learning & Data Visualization concepts
