We are looking for Area Sales Manager – General Trade Based in Peshawar
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
- Must have Bachelors or equivalent HEC recognized degree
Knowledge and skills
- Must be a Go-Getter
- Must have hands-on experience in covering GT segment for tea sales in markets of Karachi
- Knowledge of trade universe and channels
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities and Duties
To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;
- Achieving volume and collection targets
- Managing distributions and leading Field Force
- Ensuring strong market presence of brand
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
