We’re Hiring: Sr. Manager – PMO & Application Integration
Raqami Islamic Digital Bank is looking for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience to lead our Project Management Office (PMO) and Application Integration function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement PMO governance, frameworks, and methodologies to drive standardization and efficiency.
- Oversee project portfolio management, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize business impact.
- Lead and support project managers and cross-functional teams to strengthen project management capabilities.
- Monitor project performance, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align projects with strategic goals and enable transformation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management policies across all projects.
