We are HIRING OPEN POSITION
FOUNDRY COORDINATOR (FOR BIC’S INCUBATION CENTER)
Requirements: Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business/Management/Entrepreneurship (or related field).
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in incubation centers/coordination/events/student engagement, strong organizational and communication skills, and an interest in startups and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Program delivery & operations (sessions, workshops, Pitch/Forge Days).
- Student recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement; tracking attendance and completion.
- Career development
- logistics for guest lectures and field activities.
- Mentor network building and management; coordination of the mentorship program.
- Industry and partner outreach
- Data and reporting on KPIs (registrations, completions, placements, start-up teams progressed, mentor/guest sessions).
