𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 – 𝐌𝐞𝐠𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭

IZHAR Engineering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Incharge to lead project planning and scheduling for our Mega Industrial Project.

🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Develop, maintain, and update the integrated Level-3 project schedule in Primavera (P6), covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
Perform critical path analysis, identify potential delays early, and propose mitigation strategies to the Project Manager.
Lead progress measurement systems, tracking physical progress for equipment erection, piping, and structural works.
Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management and the client.
Manage resource loading & levelling for a workforce of 1,000+ personnel.
Coordinate with area managers, superintendents, and the procurement team to ensure accurate and realistic schedules.
Analyse the impact of variations/changes and update forecasts accordingly.
Supervise and mentor a team of planning engineers and quantity surveyors.

🎓 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

Bachelor’s Degree in 𝐌𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 (or related field).
𝟏𝟎–𝟏𝟓 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 of proven experience in project planning & scheduling for large-scale industrial/process plant projects (𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥, 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐫, 𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬).
Expert-level proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Hands-on experience with projects involving heavy equipment erection (5000+ MT) and extensive piping networks (100,000+ dia-inches).
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, resource management, and cost control principles.
