About the Role:
Join us as a key player in our Human Resources department! As an Executive, you’ll lead HR support functions, focusing on talent acquisition, onboarding, and general HR operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating the sourcing process, managing attendance through HRIS, facilitating recruitment and onboarding, organizing staff training events, engagement activities and ensuring smooth employee communication.
The Requirements:
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business or Human Resources, with 2-3 years of hands-on HR experience. Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a welcoming, approachable disposition are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.

WE’RE HIRING Assistant Manager – Compensation & Rewards
About the Role:
In this role, You will support payroll preparation, attendance management through HRIS and ensure timely salary disbursement while addressing employee payroll-related queries. You will also manage health and life insurance processes, oversee final settlements and assist in SAP implementation to streamline HR operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining HR documentation, facilitating onboarding formalities and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
The Requirements:
The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Business or Human Resources, with 3-4 years of relevant experience in payroll, compensation and HR operations. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced) are essential. Familiarity with HRIS systems and SAP will be considered an advantage. Effective communication skills, confidentiality and the ability to work under deadlines are key to success in this role.
