Assistant Manager Secondary – Electrical

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification, experience and skill sets:

BE in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or relevant field.
Min Experience, 10 years of experience in electrical secondary maintenance and repair work.
Experience working in large-capacity power plants (e.g., 300 MW and above) is preferred.
Familiarity with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methods;
Experience leading teams in maintenance and repair work.
Proficient in the principles of generator transformer protection, line protection, busbar protection, commissioning and maintenance processes, and testing standards.
Proficient in the principles and maintenance processes of automatic devices.
Proficient in electrical measurement, network communication equipment inspection, and commissioning methods.
Capable of monitoring the operational status of electrical secondary equipment and analyzing and judging abnormalities.
Capable of emergency response to abnormal equipment in critical situations.

The main responsibilities of the position will involve:

Monitor and inspect the operating status of secondary equipment during operation to ensure smooth operation. Develop annual maintenance plans and technical supervision projects
Lead equipment anomaly analysis and propose technical improvement plans.
Responsible for quality control and management of on-site equipment maintenance and repair.
Responsible for reviewing safety measures for high-risk work.
Manage spare parts for secondary equipment and submit requests, monitor inventory levels of critical equipment spare parts and usage of emergency spare parts.
Manage secondary equipment, technical operations, and maintain technical records to ensure safe, economical, and stable operation of the unit.
Conduct emergency drills and respond to equipment-related incidents.
Train department personnel on electrical secondary equipment.
