Thereafter to assist management in day-to-day store maintenance while providing excellent service and observing and maintaining all store policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with customers; recommending solutions.

Maintains relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Attend staff product and sales training.
Achieves financial objectives by hitting KPI and Retail Mantra targets.

Ensures availability of merchandise from stockroom to sales floor at all time.

Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures.

Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows and showcases, and on sales floor.
Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers. Explain features and Benefits.
Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
Assists in maintaining inventory levels by communicating with the Assistant and Store Manager overages and shortages of product.
Assists in the development of displays of merchandise or follow suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
Uses selling techniques such as add on sales and describing technical information to customers to enhance salesmanship and reach store and position sales goals.
Serves customers on the POS during busy periods.
Ensures the highest level of customer service is given to each customer.
Involved directly with ticketing of products as well as checking paperwork against items received.
Assists in product flow from stockroom to sales floor on a fill in basis.
Assists in the development of displays of merchandise or follow suggestions or schedules provided by the store management team.
Greets customers in the store and assists them in finding the right product. Occasionally, serves primarily as a Greeter at the front door during busy workdays.
Encourage customers to sign up for membership.
