WE’RE HIRING CREATIVE MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring all designs align with the brand identity and marketing objectives. Job Description: Develop creative strategies, visual concepts, and innovative design solutions for campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, packaging, and events. Fine Arts, Media Arts, or related field (Master’s preferred). 2+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 1 year in a managerial or leadership role. Manage, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, ensuring Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, XD, etc.). quality, creativity, and timely delivery of projects. Strong visualization, conceptualization, and storytelling abilities. Experience in digital marketing creatives, UI/UX design, branding, and video production is a plus. Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to translate business goals into powerful visual communication.
Education: Oversee multimedia content creation including graphics, Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design videos, animations, and interactive designs.
Experience: Stay updated with design trends, emerging technologies, and 2 years & Above creative tools to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
Location: Karachi
