Transworld Home is looking for a talented and driven Assistant Manager – NOC to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This is your chance to work with cutting-edge network technologies and play a key role in ensuring seamless service for our valued customers.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
🔹 Oversee network performance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
🔹 Act as an escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
🔹 Manage deployment and maintenance of monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.
🔹 Ensure maximum network availability and service performance.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
✅ BS/MS in Networks, IT, or Computer Science.
✅ 4–5 years’ experience in ISP or Telecom roles.
✅ Expertise in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, QoS, and Firewalls.
✅ Strong leadership and documentation skills.
