🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations for spices, sauces, and mayonnaise lines
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, etc.)
Monitor and optimize production efficiency, yield, and quality
Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams
Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives
Train and supervise production staff to maintain high performance
Prepare and analyze production reports and KPIs
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology
3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing, preferably in condiments or spices
Strong knowledge of production planning, process control, and quality assurance
Familiarity with automated production systems and ERP tools
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
