Education
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Sales/Marketing
Experience
- 10+ years experience in field sales.
- Prior core experience in edible oil business/FMCG.
- Strong grip over Data Management System.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans through aligned business strategy to deliver volume & value growth.
- To monitor the performance of the brands for Region/Area/Territory/Distribution with the support of data.
- Accountable to sustain Sales Key Performance Indicators & Targets.
- To ensure smooth implementation of all activity plan issued by marketing.
- Ensure all sales documents are maintained and kept updated at region/area level.
- Ensure daily discipline by adhering to Code of Business and Ethics.
