Job Role & Requirements
- Familiarity with ISO 8583, EMV standards, and e-commerce transaction flows
- Experience of card management systems and secure key management
- Understanding of switching applications and settlement process in financial transactions
- Proficiency in writing efficient and optimized SQL queries for reporting, and issue resolution
- Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Effective co-ordination with vendors to resolve application technical issues
