Job Role & Requirements

• Familiarity with ISO 8583, EMV standards, and e-commerce transaction flows
• Experience of card management systems and secure key management
• Understanding of switching applications and settlement process in financial transactions
• Proficiency in writing efficient and optimized SQL queries for reporting, and issue resolution
• Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross technology incidents
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Effective co-ordination with vendors to resolve application technical issues
