About the Role:
Diamond Fabrics Limited Sapphire is looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Officer to oversee electrical maintenance operations and ensure smooth functionality with minimum downtime at the DFL Apparel Division.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance as per plan.
Maintain inventory and ensure optimal equipment performance.
Conduct routine inspections and address breakdowns promptly.
Supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with the Associate Head – E&A.
Support installations, troubleshooting, and calibration of automated systems.
Implement SOPs and ensure safety compliance through proper PPE usage.
Monitor team behavior, manage workforce issues, and provide training.
Handle routine maintenance and small-scale electrical projects.
Liaise with departments for compliance documentation and procedures.
Attend daily meetings and report progress.

Qualifications & Experience:
Strong hands-on experience with electrical equipment used in apparel manufacturing, including:
Morgan Auto Cutter, Gerber Spreaders, TKT & Gerber Plotters, Tonello, Brongo & Yilmak Washers, Hydro Machines, Jeanologia Lasers, and Ozone Machines
Material Handling Equipment (Cargo Lifts, Electric Lifters, Reach Trucks)
Proficient in the installation and troubleshooting of Addressable Fire Alarm Systems (FAS)
In-depth knowledge of electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Skilled in report writing and maintaining technical data
Capable of managing electrical stock inventory aligned with maintenance forecasts and critical requirements
Expertise in core electrical and automation system troubleshooting
Familiar with automation systems and software from Siemens, LS, ABB, Delta, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley
Strong sense of discipline and system orientation
Demonstrated accountability, both individually and across teams
Excellent interpersonal and people management skills
Ability to develop and lead teams effectively
Quick decision-making abilities
Education: DAE / B-Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience
