HiTech Machinery, a leading name in industrial machinery, is looking for a Screw Compressor Engineer to join our growing team. This role is key to ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of rotary screw compressors, which is critical for supporting industrial production and minimizing downtime.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞:
- Design & development of screw compressors (rotors, bearings, seals, lubrication systems)
- Conduct performance analysis & simulations
- Troubleshoot & resolve compressor issues
- Implement performance improvements & maintenance strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ensure technical documentation & compliance
- Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on industry trends 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Advanced certifications a plus)
- Experience: 5–10 years in screw compressor design, operation, or maintenance (HVAC, oil & gas, chemical industry preferred) 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐝:
- Technical: Proficiency in compressor analysis software, vibration analysis, and thermodynamics
- Soft: Analytical thinking, communication, and project management 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫:
