General Manager – Quality
We’re seeking an experienced and quality driven individual to lead and enhance our stitching quality control and quality assurance systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, leadership and continuous improvement mindset to ensure that stitched products meet and exceed customer expectations.
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead the quality control and assurance processes for the stitching units.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective /preventive action (CAPA) programs for quality issues
- Develop and implement quality control & assurance systems, policies & Procedures
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies using Six sigma, Lean or other methodologies.
Qualification:
- Masters / (B.E. In Industrial Engineering will be preferred)
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience: 15+ Years in quality assurance, preferably in garment/stitching industry with minimum 5 years in a leading role.
Age: 40-50 years
