Salary Range: 100K-150K
Job Purpose:
To ensure effective retail coverage, accurate data monitoring, proper execution of brand campaigns, and continuous engagement with retailers. The Retail Supervisor will act as a vital link between the sales team and retail network to enhance visibility, accountability, and retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:
· Visit assigned retail stores regularly to ensure product availability and visibility.
· Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and promotional placements.
· Provide training to the team about our systems like TOMEE and TOYOO.
· Ensure all data reported by Sales Executives is cross-checked and accurate.
· Educate and train retailers on ongoing campaigns, incentive policies, and product features.
· Address retailer concerns and improve their overall engagement.
· Support and guide Sales Executives in daily retail tasks.
· Ensure daily targets are met and performance is tracked efficiently.
· Submit daily/weekly reports on market coverage, performance, and retail feedback.
· Share key insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
3+ years of experience in retail sales or supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of retail operations and sales tracking tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and mobile data reporting apps.
