Lahore

𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an HEC recognized university

𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
A minimum of 4+ Years’ experience.

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

➡️ Support 24×7 operations of the Utility Bill Payments system to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.

➡️ Assist in the integration and on-boarding of new billers and aggregators.

➡️ Help gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new features or enhancements.

➡️ Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and feature rollouts.

➡️ Provide support in investigating customer issues and liaising with support teams to ensure timely resolution.

➡️ Facilitate teams in testing cycles and UATs.

𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀

➡️ Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.
➡️ Understanding of digital channels and customer journeys.
➡️ Awareness of regulatory and security requirements in banking platforms.
➡️ Familiarity with payment systems or financial services is desirable.
