Job Responsibilities:

Dyeing planning by machine and controlling the production plan according to capacity
Responsible of utilizing maximum dyeing capacity by coordinating with the backend teams
Data analysis for dyeing units to identify problems and solve them using lean techniques like FMEA
Responsible for shortfall planning, checking, revision and distribution of fabric
Run-time troubleshooting and planning during the production of any color, fabric or machine to save capacity

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in dyeing planning with reputable organizations
Strong analytical & problem solving skills
Proficient in MS 365

Job Responsibilities:

Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and structured learning interventions
Act as a key partner in resolving complex employee relations cases

Requirements:

A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related fields
8-12 years of experience in HR with reputable organizations, particularly 3-5 years as an HRBP
Strong understanding of HR practices, organizational design and talent strategies
Strong analytical skills and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
